Mixing & Mastering Terms of Service

By purchasing mixing and/or mastering services, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Payment

All services require full payment upfront before work begins. No sessions will be scheduled until payment has cleared.

2. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days from receipt of all required files. Rush delivery timelines apply only if the rush add-on is purchased.

3. Revisions

Mixing includes up to 3 minor revisions.

Mastering includes up to 2 minor revisions.

Additional revisions will incur a fee.

Major arrangement changes after work has begun will require a new booking.

4. File Requirements

All stems must:

Start at the same point (Bar 1)

Be properly labeled

Be exported in 24-bit WAV or AIFF format

Have no clipping or distortion unless intentional

Improper files may delay turnaround time.

5. Ownership

Client retains full ownership of their music. Maurice “Ty Bandit” Harris retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the creative nature of audio services, all sales are final once work has begun.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maurice “Ty Bandit” Harris is not responsible for lost profits, distribution issues, or third-party platform errors.

By completing checkout, Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
